Condition of the structural work, frames and roofs, insulation, facades, retaining walls, interior fittings, chimneys, frames, electricity, heating, plumbing, humidity, floors, building perimeters, access, gates, walls and structures demarcating the land...
Evaluation & Expertise in Geobiology
The geobiological approach allows for an intuitive and vibrant reading of the location: the buildings and the terrain. This is an essential part of feeling the harmony of the space, its ambiance, its underground flows, etc.
I assess the energy balance through: the study of telluric currents, the impact of water underground, the electromagnetic influences of human infrastructures... It is completed by a feng shui approach which takes into account the impact of volumes, shapes, materials used, the orientation of buildings and their access.
